Breakfast for Dinner

Before I share my fabulous pancake recipe that made my evening complete I want to let everyone know that GOODWILL rocks when you are dropping multiple sizes. 

My black slacks were seriously out of control today. The crotch hangs down to my mid thigh... NOT cute. So today I finally decided to hit goodwill and buy some new dress/work pants. 
HECK YEAH to slacks for FOUR yes I repeat FOUR DOLLARS! 


It was quite exciting. I also found the hubby some green converse. Goodwill I heart you for multiple reasons. Sometimes I feel kind of like a hoarder when I am in there though. Rule of thumb don't leave with more than 4 items and only go once or twice a month! 

With Bananas and Mixed Fruit Syrup

  • 3/4 cup oats
  • 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp cinnamon 
  • pinch of salt 
  • 1 tsp vanilla 
  • 1 1/2 cups milk, almond milk, or soy milk
  • Frozen mixed berries 
  • Sugar free syrup 

Put the frozen berries in a sauce pot until the cook down. Add in sugar free syrup and a little Splenda. You can add a little water if you like runny syrup. 

I served it with some AMAZING sausage. They are Kroger brand pre cooked sausage links so you just stick them in the microwave and DONE. The flavor was just like regular sausage.
